How will I receive my gifts?

Every time a guest purchases a gift, we will notify you via email and it will be presented on your gifts page. Depending on your overbuying preferences, we will mark what guests have purchased by showing total quantity received or what has been fully “Purchased” and is no longer listed.

For physical gifts, you will have the option to ship right away, wait to ship it until you’re ready, Convert to Over The Moon store credit or request PayPal funds. We will never ship you a gift without your consent. This way, you can fully plan what you need for your home or manage how and when you would like to receive your items.

Gifts that were added from other stores and purchased by guests on Over The Moon will be available to convert to OTM store credit or converted to PayPal funds.

If you request store credit for a gift, the total will continue to tally until you are ready to redeem and use your gift card. Once redeemed, we will email you a gift card code that you can use on whenever. These codes will be available for reference on your Gifts page under the store credit section.

For PayPal funds, you will elect to transfer on a per order basis. Though often sooner, please allow 3-5 business days for this process to complete. Once the process is completed, the money will appear in your balance then you can make online purchases or send money to anyone. Record of these transactions will be available for reference on your Gifts page under the View Funds section.
