We absolutely agree with Reese on this one, and we’re so glad you’re interested in personalizing a piece with us! We also totally understand that monogramming can be tricky at times. Whether you’re debating using your maiden or married name, you hit the wrong key by accident, or miscalculated the delivery date, mistakes happen—and here at Over The Moon, we want to help you avoid errors from the start. 

To be sure about pricing, please see individual product page as some personalization is included in the overall price of a product, while others have various price tiers for different styles of customization. 
Also, please see the “Shipping Details” section on individual product pages for production times and delivery estimates as personalization always increases how long it takes for items to ship out. If you need to rush an order, please email [email protected] before placing your order to confirm it will arrive on time.

Unfortunately, personalized items are not available for return or exchange and are final sale, so please double-check all monograms and name/word spellings in your cart before checking out. 

If you’ve made an error while inputting personalization and you don’t realize it until it’s too late, please email [email protected] within 24 hours of placing your order, and we will try to make the correction. We can’t guarantee anything, but we’ll do our best!
